Rosé
It was born from a blending of our reserve and the Champagne hillsides (by transforming Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier into red wine). At first, you will discover its attractive pinkish colour, then a telltate smell of red fruit. It is round and tasty and reveals perfect fruit flavours. Women are generally found of this champagne because of its fruit flavours and its pretty colour.
It can be drunk for apetisers or desserts made of fruit such as peaches, stramberries, apricots...
