illy la Montagne is located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, 10 kilometers (6 miles) South of Rheims and about 20 kilometers (13 miles) North of Epernay.

The emblem of Rilly-la-Montagne is a nice statue of Bacchus raising a cup with his left hand and a bunch of grapes in this right hand.
